Regional Behavioral Health Services
There is hereby created and established in each region a regional behavioral health board. It is legislative intent that the regional behavioral health boards operate and be recognized not as a state agency or department, but as governmental entities whose creation has been authorized by the state, much in the manner as other single purpose districts.

Behavioral Health Board
In accordance with Idaho Code 39-3132, the Region 1 Behavioral Health Board (hereinafter referred to as "the Board") is hereby established as a governmental entity authorized by the state of Idaho. The Board shall operate in the same manner as other single-purpose districts and shall have no authority to levy taxes.
